Coverage maintained by Consultiply. Incorporated into the Agreement by reference and updatable under Section 23. Applies to all Services under the governing MSA.

Aggregate limit. The limit stated above is a single policy aggregate applicable to all coverage under the policy. Limits are not cumulative and do not stack across coverage parts or insuring agreements.
Certificates. On Client's reasonable written request, not more than once per calendar year, Consultiply shall provide a certificate of insurance evidencing the coverage stated above.
Changes in coverage. Consultiply shall notify Client in writing within thirty (30) days after the cancellation or non-renewal of the coverage stated above where it is not replaced with substantially similar coverage.
No expansion of liability. The maintenance of insurance under this Exhibit does not limit, expand or otherwise modify the limitation of liability in the Agreement. The existence or amount of any coverage is not an admission or acknowledgment of any liability or obligation not otherwise expressly set out in the Agreement.
